REPLACEMENT POLICY
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?
While all our shipments undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. You can reach us via email at support@pcell.in or by calling 8618383108 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
What should I do if the product is malfunctioning upon receipt?
If you receive a product that is malfunctioning right out of the box, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our support team will arrange a reverse pickup to inspect the product. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the item. If no defect is identified, the product will be returned to you, along with the shipping charges. To initiate this process, please contact our customer support team via email at support@pcell.in or call 8618383108 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Note: Products will not be replaced under the following conditions:
- Physical damage or defects not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Damage caused by electrical surges, fluctuations, or any issues occurring at the user's end.

Any product(s) returned for repair or service under warranty may experience minor scratches or dents during the repair process. These are considered part of the normal repair cycle.
To process any warranty claims, a 360° handover video of the product at the time of pickup and an unboxing video must be provided. PCell is not responsible for any issues with the product(s) if these videos are not submitted, and no claims will be accepted without them.
