Standard Shipping and Delivery Timeline

All orders placed on www.pcell.in will be delivered for free through express shipping, subject to minimum order amount restrictions.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day
Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email id/mobile no.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the pin-code of shipping address.
In case of remote locations, delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days.

Cancellation before Shipment

If your order or item(s) have not been shipped, please reach out to our support team at 8618383108 or email support@pcell.in (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Once we receive your request, we will cancel the order.
A gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card can be redeemed within 1 year of issuance.

Please ensure to contact us before the item is shipped. We're here to assist you with any cancellation requests. Please note that this is a one-time cancellation.

Cancellation after Shipment

If your order or item(s) have already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact customer support within 48 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a gift card will be issued for the product's value, minus ₹100 for shipping charges.
